This sounds like it will be a lot of fun and I didn't even think about adult ed although now i will totally look into it. i also know that there are videos on the market that teach dancing, too. I used to be a dancer, but i have not done too much partner, ballroom type dancing. and i thought maybe a video would help too since our schedules are sometimes wacky. has anyone tried videos?

fh and I both thought about it, but we have the strangest schedule. That will never work out for us to practice. I do have a few moves, but I am not sure what he will do.

My first dance song will be Disco. & I really, really want to impress the crowd.

same here. we are thinking of barry white, so we need to work on some moves!!! slow dances are generally easy b/c you can sway. dancing fast is easy when you are alone, if you know what i mean. but swing, big band, couples disco, i want to move!!!

Sorry, don't have the time or the $$$$ for it. We'll just practice on our own through videos and watching tapes. Not going to adjust our budget for dancing lessons as it's very tight already.
