Re: is anyone thinking about teeth whitening?

I did Brite Smile at my dentist's office and it worked really well. They also gave me custom-molded trays for my top and bottom teeth along with a 'lifetime supply' of tooth whitening gel. It's also been working quite well.

Re: is anyone thinking about teeth whitening?

I used half a box of crest white strips, not even every day and so many people commented on my bright white smile. And its a LOT cheaper than the dentist.

Re: is anyone thinking about teeth whitening?

I've used crest whitestrips and had good results, but I'll probably have my dentist do it as the wedding date comes closer.

The Brite Smile was about $500 I think with a $25 coupon. My teeth whitening trays were $200 for the mold and the whitener itself is free. I'll probably do another Brite Smile treatment just before the wedding. Hopefully I won't end up looking like Ross in that episode of 'Friends'

Same here. The trays and bleach make my teeth sensitive for a day after, so don't do it too close to an important event

Re: is anyone thinking about teeth whitening?

I used opalesence. It cost about 250 to have the trays made and two sets of bleach that last a couple of years. It does make your teeth sensitive but boy does it work.

Re: is anyone thinking about teeth whitening?

i used crest whitestrips, but had to stop. Perhaps my teeth are sensitive, but they hurt like crazy! I had to stop, and only got half way through the top. Still have 3 unopened boxes I don't know what to do with!

My FI had same result.

So, for the wedding, we will probably go to briteSmile.

Had to scroll back to see what that has to do with white teeth!

I have had my teeth whitened from the dentist and I love them. They are nice and white. He also used opalescense. I have a pic. FM if you want to see it.
