I'm upgrading mine. I'm getting square instead of round, sugar paste flowers and fresh raspberries in the filling. The extra cost is $175.

we were told that fondont would be $3 - $4 extra per person

I'm not, but I was told that it would be at least $200 more to upgrade.

We wanted fondant, so we are paying an extra $1.50 per person. We are not using the in-house baker, though.

yes, the upgrade was $3.50 per person...
