Here's the story - I reallly love the LL Bean Home stuff so I was like, hmm, maybe we can register here. But they don't do a registry. I was searching around on the internet and I can across this website Felicite.com where you can post items you'd like from tons and tons of different stores that might not offer a registry service and also the traditional ones like BBB. It's like one website where you can mangage your regular registries but alos have stuff that you really want that is not available through the traditional registry stores...
Any experience with this or similar sites?
I guess you would still have to have a lot of stuff at a place like BBB for people who don't use computers.

Yeah, I'm running into a somewhat similar problem- we're trying to make as much of the stuff we register for sweatshop free as possible, and there's just not one place that has it all out there. I did notice they charge commission, and I'm not sure if the stores have to register (but I guess they have to make money somehow).
thanks for posting this, i'm going to do some exploring of my own; I'll put up what I find.
