Is anyone using this BM Dress?

Hi Ladies-I'm trying to help my FSIL find this Watters & Watters dress for the cheapest price. Are any of you using this dress? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

If you're willing to do it online, I say go for it! I've heard gownfind.com is good. I used houseofbrides.com. My dresses retailed over $200 and I got them for $139. I've also heard good things about bridesave.com. All of these sites have great reputations.
