I have been trying to contact them. Do they return your calls quickly?

Me!!!!! They are very responsive, though most of mine has been via email.

I haven't emailed them recently. I've called them 2ce within the past two weeks because I'd prefer to have a conversation with them. But if email is the only way, then I guess that's what i'll do. Thanks

This is their busy season and she is gearing up to go on vacation. I met with her last week because she is trying to meet with all her August brides before she leaves. So she is probably busy with non-stop appointments. Your best bet with her is e-mail.
