I'm rooting for Jamie Fox to win for Ray but I can't wait to see the dresses.

Yeah, I know what you mean. It really depends on how interesting the show is.

Re: Is anyone watching the oscars?
I feel like the winners are almost clear cut.. Jaime Foxx...best actor Hilary Swank...actress Morgan Freeman...sup. actor don't know sup actress
The interesting ones will be director and movie
I am hoping Martin Scorcese (sp) wins but if he does that means Aviator will win and i don't want it to

I like to watch it to see what everyone is wearing. They have the Red Carpet coverage on E! (I am such a dork!!!)

Re: Is anyone watching the oscars?
Hey Jenn,
Yeah those categories are pretty much a given.
I think the race for director is going to be very close between Clint Eastwood and Martin Scorcese. I really don't know much about the aviator but I heard that the movie as a whole was not that good. We will see how everything play's out.

I like the coverage too, even though i'm not too fond of Star Jones. At least she is not as irritating as Joan Rivers was.

I was going to watch it but I made the mistake of leaving the room for 5 minutes and now my 'considerate' husband is watching a DVD.
