Yes, 7' is right for a woman's bracelet. I was in a bridal party once, and the bracelets we got were 8 inches! Way too long. I don't know why they were made like that. I had a jeweler size it, and he was surprised. Anyway, that's how I know women's bracelets should be 7 inches.
