..doing a wedding website?

i wasn't planning on doing one, but now i kinda feel like i should.

I made one that no one will ever know about since I never sent out save the dates!!

Edited because my spelling made me cringe.

I am not - but my DOC keeps telling me I should. I really dont have the extra time - since I still have so many vendors to book (with only 5 more months till the BIG DAY!)

Nope... no need... I personally don't like doing them because while it is the most important day in my & fh's lives, it's not to the many people that the website is geared for.

If you don't have the time to do it, then don't and tell your DOC to go scratch! I still don't get the point of one! LOL... however, if you want it and want to spend the time doing it go for it, but don't stress yourself out any more than needed just because the doc is telling you you need it.

Same. I have one...but I'm pretty sure mostpeople don't even look at it haha

I did one. I think it will help once we get closer to the wedding and people have questions about where to stay etc, even before invites are sent. It's also a nice place to tell your story Definitely do not stress over it

See that's a nice reason... I can just imagine so many of my g/f's (especially the single ones) just complain about how we're showing off and rubbing it in everyone's faces, etc. etc. etc.

That's exactly why we did one. I have a TON of family coming in from across the country, and instead of me explaining everything to all of them I just put a website on our STD. It made our lives a lot easier

crashing.....

I made about 4 different free ones, and wasn't happy with them.

The one I fell in love with was the one that you had to pay for of course (which I did)!!!!

We put our website link on our save the dates, which we are handing out at our e-party.

We included a ton of pics and updates on our wedding plans!

i have one, i love it. and i'm sending little cards with my save the dates for everyone to be able to keep up with our wedding plans on the website
