I actually already have one, my friends friend gave it to her brand new and she didn't want it. I was like ya I'll take it off your hands, no problem. It's the bomb!

FH wants one, but I do not think I would use it. I am going to try to talk him out of registering for it ... maybe we will get it with gift cards if we have everything we need ... if I do get one, it would be the stainless one.

WHITE ...although I was considering the copper colored one until FH's grandma made a comment on how that one is $500 and her coupon won't work for that one... whatever I didn't realize I just liked the color. But white is gorgeous it matches my kitchen.

i don't think i will - people will expect me to bake then. i bought my mom one from x-mas last year, i'll let her handle all the mixing necessary

We didn't register for one. Honestly I want to cook some meals, but anything with a larger group, I will cater. I know myself, love to entertain, would prefer to enjoy my guest than the kitchen. We did register for the 9 speed hand mixer. That way I'm equipped for smaller projects

I bought myself one in white a few years ago, I was taking a cake decorating class and needed to make royal icing that broke about 6 hand mixers and I finally gave in and bought it on sale and opened a macy's account to get it even cheaper. The one on sale only came in white and I'm sooo mad because I really want the pink one. Wow sorry for the mini series of a story there. Anyway, if you're considering getting one, get it!

the only way they are handy is if you really bake/cook. I don't mean to insult anyone but if you just pop things in the mic or just quick fix meals I wouldn't advise purchasing one.

They are great for making things from scratch - takes the time out of using hand methods and/or hand mixers.

I use to have this item HIGHEST on my list but as I started to work and not have as much time to prepare meals it became low on my priority list. I still want it but i rather have pots and pans and dishes instead.
