I really need to cut my flower budget, and I want to try doing my own CPs. But the flowers I will likely use (Mokara orchids -see below) will probably not be in my Bo-K. I think I'll do a few different size cylinder vases with the orchids...
Is that a no-no?
ETA: My Bo-K will also be purple, but probably not contain orchids...
Nope. My bo-k was all white peonies and there was not a single other peony in sight. Those things are ! LOL!
ETA: I did stick to all white flowers though.

No I don't think there is any problem using different flowers. The flowers in my cp are totally different

our cp's were tall vases with cherry blossoms... and none of our bo-k's or bout's had cherry blossoms in it. its completely fine for the cp flowers not to match the bo-k's.

No, my bouquet was all white roses and orchids and my cp's didn't have any of those.
