Is it cheesy to send STD's out now, but no xmas cards?
Would that be awful if we just sent STDs in about a week or so and not xmas cards? What would you do? Should we wait til after xmas?

Its not cheesy but I think that if you normally send xmas cards you should and then just wait until January to send out your save the dates. I think that they are two seperate things.

I don't normally send xmas cards Oops I'm bad....hahah that's why I asked. I figured I'd wait until we have kids to do those...crazy me haha.
Yeah I probably should wait til Jan...just wondered what the opinion around here was.

Waiting for January might be better. The post office will be less busy, and it's less likely that your guests will lose your STD's among all the holiday cards that they will be receiving.

ok, if you dont normally do xmas cards then dont do them, but i would wait until january to mail STDs, dont want to deal with the post office at this time of year if you do not have to. good luck
