venders to take FOREVER to call u back?? am i just impatient or do i have a right to get annoyed when a week or 2 after i try to contact someone they dont respond. i have called to makeup artists and am getting no response and its starting to get to me. i mean dont they want business??!!

it is better to email make up artists, ive realized that.

Actually it took about 1-2 weeks for my hair and make-up person to get back to me also. I just kept calling and e-mailing till they got back to me

hmmm that is a little long...i know right now is a real busy time bc its a busy wedding season but by 2 weeks they should respond.
I would email them again...You never know what happened, i know a couple girls contacted maureen pedala not long ago and she didnt respond, she does take a few days but i was surprised then when i went on my make up trial she asked if i had tried contacting her the past few weeks bc her comp was stolen and she had to buy a new one and set it all up and she missed emails, so things do happen just showing an example.
ALSO in the subject make sure you put something in there to indicate you want a trial, thats if you didnt do so already which you might've

I have emailed SO many make up artists and I think only one responded. I don't get it, you would think they would respond quickly to make sure they get the wedding. I'm frustrated too....

some dont book far ahead so if you booked more than a year before your date, thats if you did it before your year mark, maybe thats why...also are you girls putting anything in the subject line? alot of ppl dont open emails with no subject from unknown emails, i dont know just trying to come up with answers

All the hair & makeup girls have gotten back to me ASAP via email. M Pedela got back to me ASAP the first time I emailed her but the 2nd time I emailed her she hasnt responded, I also left her a VM and nothing

you know what i had called her phone too and left a voicemail about a few days to a week before i emailed her and then i emailed her and she responded right away but never got the call back.
Dont worry just email now trust me, i remember when you and a few girls said she didnt respond, and when i went to her she ws still setting up her comp thats why i also had to wait until the next day for her pics bc usually she sends it the same day. She was saying how bad she feels for ppl who contacted her and she thinks they didn't respond.
Also my email inbox is at 700 i delete them but constantly keep getting them...theres been times i dont see emails from close friends bc sometimes when i get so many its easy to miss it sometimes and these MU artists probably get bombarded with emails
