That's definitely NOT me... although I used to want to be a wedding coordinator. I even sent away for the material from PCDI (Professional Career Development Institute).

You have to take online courses and they send you a diploma when your done. The course is about $500 (if I remember correctly)

I would definitely NOT want to be a professional wedding planner because i know that the only reason im passionate about planning my wedding is because its mine. I dont know that I'd have as much fun doing someone elses wedding.

OMG!!! I was thinking the same thing and I was telling my mom today and she said when she was planning her she almost decided to make a career out of planning weddings. Its the fun of planning yours but once you get involved planning other peoples wedding I think it might not be as fun.

haha!! i told my sil i want to start a business w her. she married my brother 2 1/2 years ago and is still OBSESSED w weddings. she told me if we could afford it we would.
but judging from this post, it looks like we might have some heavy competition out there in the market...so maybe i'll reconsider...

A wedding coordinator on whose wedding is this anyway planned a $350,000 wedding and got $52,500!! I think a headache and dealing with a Bridezilla is worth it!!!
