Is it just me, or do you think that those ring bearer pillows look ridiculous? I saw some at Michael's last night and they are just so freakin' small ... i know they're only used to hold 2 small rings so the pillow isn't supposed to be large ... but still, it just looks so stupid to me
has anyone seen or done something different than the RB pillows?

I am planning on doing a Bird's Nest for the RB to hold. I am having a Spring Theme to my wedding and I feel it goes along nicely. Also, I was never really fond of the pillows.

Purdy!!! I always really liked the ring dish thing from Paloma's Nest on Etsy. (Edited for spelling)
I saw a ringbearer carrying a fishing pole with the rings tied to the end...think it was Martha Stewart.

That is SO cute!! I actually saw a picture of the rings on a string and lowered into a fish tank with some pretty tropical fish. It was such a cool pic. Too bad I don't have any fish.
Of course they're small! Generally ring bearers are small people I can't imagine having my 4-year-old nephew carry a HUGE pillow down the aisle

For our weddings, my sister and I both had the ring beares carry silver roses that would open up to hold the rings. We didn't actually put the rings in there, though.
They were very cute, but I don't have pics on this computer. It was similar to this, though:
