I have a friend that just got engaged, they have been going together the same time as Fh and I. So ok, they will be getting married before us, no biggie but, here's the thing..... She askes me questions on anything about weddings and all, I answer her questions. Now when I ask her stuff, like she went to Rh's yestarday, 2 that I want to look at, she can't answer me straight or answer at all. I have always felt she is competitive and now I'm feeling it big time. I have no problem helping her but, now I say Freak that! Is it me?

thats really obnoxious...have you mentioned that to her? maybe ask her why she is being so cryptic with her responses to your questions!

If i do I'll got some excuse not the real answer and some how it will turn on me being the one who is jealous that she is getting married before me..... and that is sooo not the case. I'm happy for her but, I feel like I shouldn't give her any more info when she askes.

See this is why I have no girls as friends cuz they are all so damn competitive... My 1st response to this question was to say... Dont tell her anything anymore LoL If she wants to treat you like that, I'd do the same thing right back

That is weird. Maybe she's afraid that you will book who she is looking at and she wants to use them (and book them) before you. That's strange.
i don't like when people are competitive like that. I have 2 friends that got engaged after me and are both getting married before me. I can't wait to go to their weddings and I think we have all answered each others questions with straight answers.

I wish that was the case. I got excited cause I thought we could do things together but, I guess not. God thing she is not in my wedding party !

Im going thru the same thing with one of my friends who got enaged after me but is planning a wedding one year exactly (lol) before me. I wasnt surprised by her actions....
she kept asking me things and she booked her hall but ya know what? sometimes its better to just get the anwers from other people. It causes less competition....I know how you feel tho!!
