im BM's gift shoping and i feel like all the weddings websites have all the same junk. Is it me or what. I want cute unique things and all i keep seeing is totes, makeups bags, etc, etc. I got theses cute rectangle hat boxes that were 8.00 a piece in burlington and i want to put like different things in them but i cant seem so find anything this is what i got them so far.
a leather clutch a leather card wallet undies from victoria sercert.
i need know stuff pls help.

see thats what i dont want to do i want to get things that arent wedding related. they can get thier own jewerly and shoes bc i bought thier dress and paying for thier nails and hair for the day so i want to get them things from them personally that thier can use on a everyday basis

Even though my wedding is a long way away from now...I bought my girls duffels, travel toiletry bags, silk robes and a pink leather luggage tag from victoria secret. I also plan on filling the travel makeup bag thingy with all little travel products of their favorite type of products...I may even get them a pair of sunglasses too. That way they have their own little travel/overnight kit/set or whatever you want to call it

ummm...i guess you can just think about what you use everyday...i love chanel perfume, antique pieces, books, etc... If I were you I would think about their individual personalities and get them one gift that compliments each of your girls' likes and character.

The Vera bag is not for the wedding - it's for when they take trips - I have one, use it all the time and I love it. - I will get then Java Blue!
igot them vera bradley what looks like makeups bags. they can use it for anything i guess. i got them at fortunoff and only paid $7 bucks for each when the orignal was $21 so that was good.

what if you tried to get each individual something different to fill the boxes?
like if someone likes wine- get a bottle of wine and a cute bottle topper
or if someone likes to read- get them a book that you think they would enjoy

I too did the vera bradley bags! fortunoff had them 40% off a few weeks back!! also getting them jewelry and other essentials for the day of the wedding!

I know a lot of girls have gotten gifts like you want from Coach. If you go to thier outlets in riverhead you can get them for really cheap

Bath & Body Works always has great stuff for beauty and shower care products. I always love the baskets and gift sets they have which comes with lotions, bath gels, hand soap, perfume, etc. They also have discounts/clearance on their items as well as coupons online or mail. I always order their shower gels and hand wash.

This is what I got my girls.
I could not find a picture of the doj... Cost me about $100 each. I got my MOH which is my sister differnt stuff.
As you see, all of my gifts can also be used for everyday use if they choose. The ballet slippers are for if they want to take off their heels the night of, but they can also use them around the house.
I also got them each a double picture frame to put an old pic of me with each girl and then the other side leave empty for a wedding pic of me with each girl. And I plan on buying them DOJ, but something functional enough to wear to more than just the wedding.
