Is it me or is anyone else obsessed w/ their registery?

I can't help it but I check it at least twice a day. I have no idea when my shower is (nor do I want to know) however, I am so excited when I see items purchased. My mother tells me I am ruining the surprise but it's not like you don't know what you registered for. Well at least it is a nice break from stressing out over everything I still have to do. I hope everyone's planning is going well!!!!

I know what you mean! I did the same thing - but about a week before my engagement party I made myself stop because I didn''''t want to ruin the surprise! I won''''t check anymore though because I would hate to find out when my shower is!

I think we all go through it. Don`t worry, it won`t take away from the fun on the day of your shower. People will still surprise you. When it comes to your registry, whatever you do, don`t put stuff on there that you really don`t want because people will buy it for you. Then you will be dealing with returns. When I first registered I went hogwild and put things like a rice cooker, ice cream maker, meat slicer (to name a few) and then I took a step back. I will never use any of these things. So I streamlined it and then registered at another place which had some different things that we really wanted too. It worked out well. Good luck and enjoy, it`s lots of fun.
