i know it's hard to get through the first few months, and yes of course we all fear miscarriages. But please take some pressure off of yourself. Pregnancies can be very strong as well! They dont' have to all end in heartache! That little baby is probably just fine. Cramps and being tired are totally normal. I had terrible cramps. And I remember just every day waiting to see blood on the toilet paper. I did that for the full term of my pregnancy! It's totally normal to fear these things.

Something I always thought about and I dont' know if this helps you at all - is that God forbid if something should have happened to my baby during that first few months, that at least I could walk away knowing that we were able to conceive in the first place and that is half the battle. It helped me have some peace. There is nothing you can do to prevent a miscarriage. Just take good care of yourself. Pregnancy isnt' a disease. It's just a temporary condition, and you should go about your daily life (with maybe a tad bit of caution - watch out on the ice!), and try to enjoy the feeling of a little baby growing inside you.

Once you see that first sonogram where you can really see the baby you're gonna feel much better.

Totally normal!! And you know what, the worrying doesn't stop once the baby is born!! Welcome to the rest of your life...

You will feel sooo much better once you see the heartbeat, but believe me, I was always worried about something - still am!! I think it's part of being a Mom!! Tummy pats to you!! I'm sure everything is just fine!!
