For the baby to be hiccuping so much in the belly? She hicups atleast 3x a day. I don't drink any soda or carbonated drinks. I keep my fluids up. What causes them?

yes its VERY normal. The baby is practing to breath.

BTW - the drinking of carbonated bevs. doesnt effect the hiccups

My baby had the hicups all the time. & now that he is born he still had them.

Yep, it's normal. Lukie was a big time hiccuper in utero. It was so cute.
