a Bridesmaid Dress would have free alterations? if so, do we have to tip the seamstress?

It's normal, for my BMs, alterations were included in the price of their dress. Each time they went they always had a different seamstress so they didn't tip, plus I don't think their dresses were fitted the best they could have been.
