IS IT OK FOR A 1st DANCE SONG...

to be, i dont know how to explain this exactly, sung from the man to the woman.

example:

it goes

I'll be your man
I'll understand
Do my best to take care of you

I'll be your king
You'll be my queen
And Ill be your lover, too???

The rest of the song is lovey for both sexes...

The lyrics are gorgeous... I think it is implied that it could be for both sexes.....

my issue is that it sounds like its being sung from a man to a woman in the beginning and the end... i mean heck I sing both parts to FH but... well ya know

Well, it is often said that the wedding day is 'the bride's day' so, I think it's very appropriate to have a song that is from the groom to his beautiful bride.
But, if you really *LOVE* the song, and it is special to you both, than that's all you really need to think about...nothing else matters if your hearts are happy with it!!!
