yes, I went to my first fitting alone, it wasnt that bad

I went to all my fittings alone and it was fine.

I went to all my fittings alone too. I have to say I did feel a bit like a loser with my camera phone taking pictures of myself in the mirrors. All in all...not so bad. Nowadays..too difficult to coordinate everyone's schedules, plus the limited times that the salons have for their appointments. Good luck!

I would say the FINAL fitting is the one that matters, so that anoher pair of eyes can look at the BACK for you and see the bustle!!

D&D05 came with me to my First fitting!! (i WAS goign alone, and she happened to be off of work... so.... )

but the'yres noting wrong with going alone... I think it's even nicer that way, you d'nt have everyone's oppoin thrown in...

I went to all of my fittings alone cuz I live in Jersey and all my friends and family are in NY.

The owners at my bridal boutique was awesome so I didn't feel alone at all.

I would be going to mine alone, but my mother is coming over for my (sush, surprise) shower, so I am going to bring her. It will be her first time seeing my dress I'm sure I'll go to the other fittings alone after that.

I had company for my 'visit' fitting. But all the others except for the last I went to alone. I am always available if you need company!

I think I'll be bringing my Mom with me, just so she can see and make sure everything is A-Ok, I have a tendency to have that glazed over look in my eyes when it comes to my dress, so I definitely need a second set of eyes to notice anything out of wack (if there is)!

I did, my friend cancelled at the last minute, I was disappointed and upset but it was all fine and they took pics of me for my mom (did fitting in VA, momis in NY). Mom and grandma came down for second fitting.
