Is it OK to have a Thank You Note that Doesn't Open Up?
FH ordered our thank you notes for our e-party. They match our invites.
These were our invites:
When the thank you cards came in, they looked like the card on the lower right corner - similar size and it just has our first names on it. They don't open up, so I would have to turn it over and write a thank you message on the back.
When they came in, both FH and the saleswoman at the shop thought that they should be returned as it was never noted that the thank you cards were one-sided.
I actually think it's OK to write my message on the back - mainly because the notecards match our invites and have our names pre-printed on them - which I think are both nice features.
What do you think we should do - Keep what we have or get new ones that fold open but don't match and have our names pre-printed? Does it look 'not right' to write a note on the back?
The woman at the shop would be willing to refund us our money.
