Is it okay to not provide a limo to take the bridal party home after wedding?
Does it look bad? Is it expected to have people go back home in a limo... would it be okay to just arrange transportation?

Um, I don't plan on getting my bridal party a limo to get home.
Right now I am looking into a hotel who can provide shuttles to the hotel we are thinking of staying at and paying like $100 to have an after hour party at the bar in the hotel.
Just a thought though.

Believe it or not, I NEVER heard of providing limo service AFTER the reception...only for both sets of parents, I believe.

I've never been to a wedding where a limo was provided to take the BP home! You do NOT have to do that!
Usually, their dates drive to the wedding so they have a way to get home - or they arrange with other guests.

I've never heard of having a limo to take the BP home after a wedding reception. They'll have to arrange how to get themselves home either by dropping their car off early so it's waiting for them later, or having their SO take them home, or getting a ride with someone else.
Your duties are done, you don't have to provide them with any kind of transportation home. Of course it would be extremely gracious if you did, but I don't think anyone would be expecting it of you.

In all the weddings I have gone to/been in , a limo has never been provided for the ride home. I think most people know that they have to find a ride home with someone.
The fact that would even get them trasportation home (let alone limo) is VERY nice of you.
I am not getting a ride home for my BP.

I guess I'm really worried for people in the BP who are from oot. But if they shouldn't expect it... then i dont feel bad at all... I'm sure we'll work things out

FH & I are staying at a hotel for the weekend... so we are going to have the BP meet us at the hotel and park their cars in the parking lot and hop in the limos.. then when the night is over the BP will hop in the limo (again) and get dropped off back at the hotel and get in their cars and go home.

We arent providing a limo for the BP Never even thought about it, but they will have their significant others there as well as friends who can get them home.
