to book all your vendors (DJ, Photographer/Videographer, Limos, Florist) all for $7000.00 or less?

hmmm....

i don't know how to answer this - depends on what you want.

I think you could do flowers for 1000, photo if you don't do reprints and a book you could get that for around 1500 - or less for little time. Limos - again, depending on how many and sizes, etc. or if you just need a pick up/drop off thing. Video - you can get basic for 1000.

I think it just depends on what you need.

My thing is just to figure out how much i could spend base - wise and then tell vendors...i can spend THIS and go from there. it's been working.

well it better be because i am planning on less then that!

right now
2200 for photo
hopefully 1,000-1,500 for dj
about 1,200 for flowers
dont need limos
not doing video at this point.

It can be...
I am paying
$5200 for photo/video
$850 for limo
$1450 for DJ
$1900 for flowers
total $9400

Those are quotes and I know I can cut back on things, for example it could be...
$3200 (photo only)
$850 limo
$995 DJ
$1400 flowers
for $6445

I'm a big believer in that you can find a vendor for every budget. You may have to sacrifice some things, and be more flexible or more willing to do some DIY projects.

A DJ, no additional MC, lights, give-aways, etc can definitely be less that $1000.
If you are willing to do reprints yourself and do an online album, you can hire a photographer by the hour.
Adding more candles and/or smaller centerpieces brings the cost of those down.

I think it can be done, but I think that the photographer can definitely put you over that budget. The albums can be so expensive! Good luck!

You should look into a package deal. It's doable! Check out Ariana Studios, Queens Bridal Center, Commack Bridal Center, and I think there are others that I'm forgetting at the moment.

I believe you can do it...you just have watch your budget and book conservatively...we're hoping to spend about that much ...

Wow...Ariana studios looks like a great deal. It looks to good to be true. I wonder how they are? Has anyone known of anyone using them?

its def possible. for photography, hire a photographer that will shoot for the entire day and will give you your negatives. you can then make your albums on mypublisher.com or albumhouse.com

try twelfth night or jandjphotography.net

for video, you can probably get someone for around 1k. try ramblingrosevideo.com

for flowers, you can make your own centerpieces. also try national floral in bellmore.

Yes I think It is possiable.
For DJ, Photogrpher, Florist & Video I am paying over $7900 but I also splurged on the highest package from the photographer.
