I am trying to remember, it was lighter than usual...but not too light.

I can't say for sure but it doesn't sound like it to me. Fainting or lightheadness during early pg is more a thing of soap operas than reality. You don't start feeling lightheaded until much much later on...you'd know if you were preggo by then.
Any other symptoms we can go by?

Just a constant state of stomach pain, I go between nauseaus and cramps... Along with a dizzy feeling. I am going for tests this weekend...I am so freaked out.

YOu could always take a HPT before your tests, for piece of mind. Good luck with everything

It could be something so simple, allergies, coming down with a cold, an intestional virus..dont worry. The doctor will take care of you. I hope you feel better.

When I was PG with my son I mean only 7dpo I was very lightheaded and dizzy. I even had a dizzy spell that I had to stop in my tracks and let it pass. Being dizzy was actually my one main symptom.
