ABSOLUTELY!!! You are most likely getting a caffeine withdrawl headache....they are the worst, but hold tight and stick with it and it will go away....I promise!!! How much caffeine were you drinking a day?

100% yes. LAck of caffeine after you were used to it can cause headaches, they will go away.
Also, you brain can ONLY use carbs as fuel.
Be carefull, carbs are not bad, just eatting a lot of them add quick calories

please watch out for cutting out all carbs - it can be harmful. there are tudies that prove otherwise, but there are also studies that prove that it can cause trouble with memory and brain function later in life.
There is nothing wrong with limiting carbs though - my dad lost 80+ lbs that way and has kept it off for 3 years! Good luck! My head hurts too today if that helps at all!

Re: Is it possible.....
My cousin had cut all fat out of her diet and had lost a lot of weight. She was literally a stick. She was hospitalize for a little bit and at first they had no idea what was wrong with her. She had symptoms of MS but they thought maybe it was lymes. It turned out she was starving her body of good fats.

Oh, I am still eating plenty of carbs, just limiting them. They are my weakness. I know better than to cut them all out of my diet. I am just cutting out breads and pasta and stuff THIS WEEK. Then I am going to add back on bready/starchy food a day until I hit three a day. I did this with my nutritionist and it works well. The only thing is that I can't afford to go to her anymore, so I am doing a combo of her diet and weight watchers. But thank you ladies! So far, so good...I'm holding tight to the no caffeine! (I used to drink like 3 cups of coffee a day a diet soda, I quit cold turkey )

No caffeine will def. cause the headaches, it may take a while for your body to adjust. Good luck!!!
I gave up caffeine a few years back, but have gradually gone back to the coffee demon... It is good to be able to quit!!!
Good luck!

Ok, the headaches are gone, but I feel a little sped up in the chest, don't know if that is from the withdrawl as well....
