Seriously, I have a design background and I think the second one is perfect! You can read all of the text and I don't think the white space at the top is excessive. White space is good! You don't want the invites to look over-crowded.

I dont think the 2nd one is bad at all. But can you change the bow to go across the top instead. This way there wont be any excess space and nothing will be blocked

I don't think the 2nd one looks bad AT ALL! If you are worried about the white, can you put a small monogram in the corner or something?

BTW - I know we all strive for perfection but the bottom line with invites is they are not being scrutinized .. people will love the design with the bow and then get right to the date and place ... Promise you the second one is great!

I had a series of invite freak outs. I think that the second one looks fine and probably no one will notice. (I can admit that even though I obsessed over invites for months!)

aww I cried over my invites 2x already, dont worry, it happens. But I think the second one is beautiful!!!

i'm way ahead of you... i JUST HAD A MELTDOWN OVER MY INVITES!!!

i dunno if our vendor ever knows of the word 'spell -check' but we've been going back and forth just because of it!!! the last straw came when, after all the wordings are right - they told us they can't make ONE actualy sample! grrrrrr

i think the 2nd one looks perfect....i'm a perfectionist too w/ slight OCD so i feel your pain lol but i really dont' think it looks off at all and idon't feel that the white space is excessive...i think it looks just right. Good luck!
