Is it really bad that I don't have a veil yet? Help me please!

Um, I'm getting married in 6 weeks and I don't have a veil yet. For some reason I'm really intimidated by the whole veil purchase. Does anyone know where I can get one and relatively fast?

Here are some pics of my dress. Any thoughts on what would look best?

Have you had your final fitting yet? Why don't you pick one out from the bridal store while you have your dress on? That is what I did.

Try www.veilshop.com I think if you put in your wedding date they will rush it for you.

I went to All My Heart and I got it in two weeks!!!@! They are really nice there and had a lot of choices

Barrons at Tri County! mine was ready in 2 weeks. bring a swatch of your dress with you.

I agree about Barrons. I got mine there and they were great.

By the way, I LOVE your dress....beautiful!

I got mine on ebay and it came quickly. But I suggest going to a store. Davids Bridal or Tri County....

I got mine from Barron's at TriCounty and they were wonderful. She had several kinds to choose from and I came home with mine right there! By the way, your dress is gorgeous!

i just want you to know that you are scaring me now, i am getting married the week after you, i don't have a veil yet either but i am gonna look in the bridal store when i go this weekend for my fitting,
but what really scared me is when you said your wedding is 6 weeks away!!!!! so mine is 7, its too soon i'm not ready

Ill give you mine after my wedding if you want, I dont have pics of it right now, but I can take some, its bel aire, its fingertip, really simple, with beadwork just along the edge..

veilshop.com has beautiful, good quality and inexpensive veils...and I LOVE your dress!

I didn't decide on a veil until about a month before the wedding. I bought mine from Phyllis at gownfind/bridal elegance.

Don't feel too bad. I'm getting married soon too and I just ordered mine today. I got it at Macys, they are making it for me. I tried looking on line, but I couldnt' make up my mind, I was there for the fitting, so I said what the heck lets order a veil. They said I had plenty of time. Just think about checking out some places this weekend. No worries.
