What time does it start at? Some usually put 15-30 min extra so people don't walk in late. It depends on how you want to do it though. I wouldn't see it as rude- you want everyone on time.

I think a lot of people put a half hour earlier. There was a post recently about this and there were mixed feelings on the subject.
