If you eat something light, you should be okay, the jelly might be too much though, casue of the sugar.

dry cheerios. they work really good for me when I have a stomach ache.

she want to drink flat coke. the syrup will settle your stomach.

take the coke and stir it with a spoon to make it flat quicker.

Lizlen, I wouldn't have soup if you threw up.
You have to eat bland things like plain toast and crackers.

Hopefully, the little ones won't come for another year or so. My sis asked me the same thing
Makes me want to run out and get a prego test

Don't worry liz-I have some type of stomach bug too-been puking this whole weekend-I was FINALLY able to keep some toast down today. I look like I lost 10pounds and I need to gain before the wedding But I know i'm not preggo since I have AF now-no babydust till September!
