.....you defrosted two days ago?
I defrosted it on Saturday morning and didn't know that was my baby shower so obviously I didn't cook that night. Last night I didn't cook anything either.

Assuming you defrosted it and left it refridgerated..yes it should be fine. I have done this quite a few times....
