Ask my guests if they will be taking our provided transportation? If i did, i would put it on the response card like..

___Will ___Will not be using provided transportation

The only reason is I booked one 55 pass Coach Bus, but im having anxiety that there wont be enough room for everyone.. TIA

I don't think it's tacky. How else would you know if you're going to have enough room on the bus?

I wish I had done something like that. I don't think it's tacky at all! My MIL ended up calling around and telling people that we would have it, only toget some idea of how many would take it.

What if you find out more people than can fit are going to use it? then what?? THat is what i am really afraid of...but it will be WAY too much money to get 2 buses....

What is tacky about being prepared? If you don't& people are squised they'll always have somthing negitive to say, it's so much better to be prepared

I just got a friends invite yesterday and it had this option on it. It also had which hotel you would be needing the transportation from. Again, as I posted earlier, this is a fantastic idea and I wish I had thought of it for my own wedding. It would have saved a lot of worry and headaches trying to figure out what size bus to get!

Her invite was beautiful! Nothing tacky at all about it!
