is it tacky to handwrite save the dates?

dont think i would use calligraphy, but can u hand write, or use labels?

We used clear labels for our engagement announceents and will be doing the same for our save the dates this weekend.

We used a pretty scripty font though.

i hand wrote our STD envelopes.... we will defiantly have calligraphy for the wedding but i didnt think anything of handwriting the STDS

I handwrote the addresses on the save the dates and on the wedding invitations. Envelopes get ripped up and thrown away.

I just printed directly on the envelope in a nice font

Definitely, I used labels but I don't see a problem with handwriting them either.

I printed right on the envelope but I think it is fine to write them out too. I just don't have neat handwriting

I think its not takcy....
However u can also do what many brides have done too...

I was thinking of the same thing. I'm either going to write my best or just print them on the clear labels.. I guess the labels could save me on some time & my hand!
