im getting a new dining room set and the chairs unfortunately are beige cushions.
is it tacky if i just wrap the seat (neatly) in freaking saran wrap when our (his) animalistic friends come over? i will be throwing away the plastic along with the trash that night when party is over.. so it wont be an everyday thing..
i just dont want sauce stains on my new chairs!!!!

I don't blame you! I'd do it! You know they're gunna screw them up and honestly the guys probably wont even notice if they're wrapped or not

I'd do it, you arent going to be able to enjoy yourself if you're worrying about them dropping stuff on your new chairs. They'll forget about the clear wrap tomorrow but if they stain your chair you're gonna have to look at it and be aggravated until you get it cleaned

fh's mom does this because they have a cat but she uses a sturdier plastic than saran wrap-- you gotta do what you gotta do

dont they have like some sort of plastic cover for chairs??? im sure they do.....im thinking of my grandmas house, everything is covered in plastic haha
i dont blame u thought, i would do that for my fh hes a mess....he ruins all my tablecloths

I dont blame you. our dining room chairs are tan suede type material.. the entire chair.... everyone sits in the living room when they come over.. lol there will be no sitting in the DR unless its people trust! haha

I don't blame you for doing this, but I would look into some kind of chair covers instead of saran wrap I would check maybe like home goods or walmart or something for inexpensive covers
