we used favour on our rsvp's and honour on our invites ~ seen so many people use it and it seemed more formal to us so we went with it

The favour of a reply is requested before Month date, year

____decline with regret
We did not make it accepts or declines as I've seen on many response cards. A couple or an individual does not 'accepts' or 'declines', but rather will accept or decline.
