just remember it's much easier to maintain once you get there!! Just keep working at it...the end results will be the best reward.

Aw thank You I want to be 125-130 for the wedding. I will be very small at this weight, but I've always envisioned being this petite bride next to my big handsome hubby. So far the height is perfect, he's a foot taller than me (I'm only 5'4) But at 145 lbs, I still feel like I'm too big. My hips are still in control

I read the title to this thread and almost keeled over!! I know you are also a May bride and I have been back and forth with dieting with all this stress but am officially starting tomorrow not even close to being done!!!
