I started my DIY's about a month after we got engaged. The more you do now the less you have to do closer to the wedding!

I think it depends....If I were you, I would start a couple of things...but avoid others.
The petals cones for example....if you have plenty of room to store them where they definitely won't get squished...then sure.....but if you don't have the storage space....they can be bulky depending on how many you need to make.

I don't think it's too early. Just don't change your mind, and be careful that they don't get squashed or wet or anything.
