Is it too early to....

Hi Ladies

I have some free time this weekend and I was wondering if it was too early to wrap our Jordan almonds for our favors. We will be wrapping them in tulle circles and storing them in the AC. Does anyone know if they go stale?

FH doesn't understand my need for jordan almonds at our wedding - can you tell he's not Italian?? I was brought up thinking they were mandatory at weddings!
