My wedding is 12/15 and I was thinking of mailing them out tomorrow, is it too soon?

Typically they out about 6-8 weeks b/4 the wedding

mine is Nov 25th and I sent mine out over a week ago almost 2 most time lines say 6-8 but I say its close to holidays it is acceptable to send them out earlier due to holiday parties and what not

I think it would be ok. I got married in February last year and we sent them out in early December because of the holidays.
You just need to be careful that people don't forget to RSVP because they put it aside to 'do it in a few days'. If your guests are like that, then you may have an issue.

Since it's right around the holidays, I think it would be fine to send them out. We sent ours out earlier then the norm b/c we have so many guest traveling from out of state.

We gave people a month to responsd and we still had procrastinators. Our RSVP date is today and we are missing 8 replies. Not too bad. Sometimes too much time makes people forget to responsd too!

My wedding is 11/18 and I sent mine 8/28....which is about the same amount of time as you would be from yours. I did it because we have a majority of OOT guests and I wanted them to have enough time to make all of their arrangements. With yours being around the holidays, I say go for it! Let the RSVPS roll in!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just got back from the invite store and the owner said its best to send 8-10 wks before wedding. Being that yours is close to the holidays I say why not and just do it.
