I am tired of planning and waiting. I just want to elope! Anyone else ever feel this way??

I thought of it but then I said to myself, 'I'm doing all this work I'm going to enjoy every second of it' I know the feeling but just hang in there. Everything with work out and you'll have a wonderful day.

yeah destination weddings are so nice... when we went to Jamaica there was a wedding at the hotel, it was so great... they even put rose petals and pieces of flowers in the pool... I loved it

I'm about there right now. I'm over all this planning and stuff, and its SO much money. Of course we wont, but I definitely would like to at this point.

i really considered it last week - i actually talked to people in the bahamas and vegas was it possible and prices- hten FI talked some sense and showed me how much i did nad would still have to do if i elope but i still would do it differently if i really thought about what i wanted int he beginning - i have made way too many people happier then me in planning

Yup - i have had the feeling too. Usually when someone other than my groom is making me want to bang my head through a wall.
But then, I remember - I get to be married to Joe that day, and nothing else is more important. I just keep my eyes on the prize!

I know! I was telling my FI that's what we should do! At times that's what I want to do and then there are times when I want the 'fancy' wedding. I'm so back and forth! I keep thinking there are so many better things that we could do w/ all that money!

that is what i wanted from the beginning, but no one would let me!
I still have fantasies about it...do you have a romantic 'elope' fantasy, or do you just want to do it to get away from all the dysfunction that goes with wedding planning?

It is never too late to elope. My wedding is in 9 days and I am still thinking of eloping. If you are sick of planning already do yourself a favor and get a bridal consultant. I did all of it along with my BP and without them i would have eloped a long time ago.

Why are you stressing. This is suppose to be fun and a celebration of the rest of your lives. Relax...go with the flow. Why not ask for and get help...it'll take the pressure off.
