I went from 8 BM to now 11. My gmom keeps telling me oh this one has to be in it and that one. i just feel bad saying no....do you guys think 11 is too much...all but 2 are family

I am in the same exact boat..11 girls and only 2 friends. I don't think it's too many at all.

I think of it as relative to the number of guests...if you are having a large wedding, 11 seems fine. If you're having a wedding with 50 guests, 11 bms 11 gms may look too much.
If you are picking 11 bms because you want to, that is completely fine! But don't feel pressured to do anything!

I don't think its too much I think big bridal parites look cool in phots. I only have 4 BMs 4 GMs and 1 ring bearer. Mine is small.
