I think it's fine, but I would freeze them so they don't get stale or melt....then just take them out the morning of the wedding....

May I ask what you are personalizing them with? I was looking at the website yesterday and there is not that much space :(

I'd be careful about freezin chocolate...and if you take them out, tkae them out ebfore the mornign of the wedding..because when you freeze chcolate, r put it in the fridge for too long, condensation develops on it (in the fridge, or when you tae it out of the freezer), which can ruin the chocolate. I make chocolate lollipops for showers and things like that and I always tell people to avoid sudden temperature changes. If you keep it in an air conditioned room constantly it's a lot better than in and out of the fridge, etc.

Can you order them now and have them delivered right before your wedding?
I wouldn't freeze them, it changes the taste.
I used M&M's when I was teaching summer school for a lesson and they melted like crazy! Definitely hold off if you can't store them in a cool/dry place!

I ordered them last month for August 21...They tell you not to refrigerate or freeze them...it turns the chocolate a whitish color. They are ok to leave out.
It is such an excellent idea...You will love them!

Thanks girls I think I am going to wait until august. We have central air so it shouldn't be a problem keeping them cool.

I would suggest waiting until the middle of Auguest, this way you will get them by September and it will be a little cooler and you can just store them around the house. I know exactly how you feel! I am doing coffee favors and can't wait to just buy the coffee already. BUT, I don't want my guests to have stale coffee
