FIL's havent RSVP'd yet......and it's been a month......i keep joking around telling them they arent getting a seat if they dont RSVP......but they havent

Mine didn't either...don't be annoyed! They just assume that you know they're definitely coming and they don't get the importance (or excitement) of having the little cards back. I had DH call his parents house often and ask his brother if the card was filled out and to mail it. I did this until they got it that we wanted the cards back...eventually we got them back. Hopefully, there's someone your DH could speak to that would understand. I also told my FMIL (at that time) that 'people are not sending back their cards, I know they're coming but I really need the cards back to do the seating arrangements'...that helped.

Ours didn't send theirs back. But I just assumed they wanted to save the invitation. You KNOW they are coming. I wouldn't be upset, I am SURE they want to save the invite.

im not literally MAD at her...i KNOW they are coming...but you know..i wanted her to be excited she came over yesterday and i tent. put together a seating chart AS people send them in ( you know thats not gonna work) and she asked why she wasnt on there and i told her she cant get a seat unless she mails in the card......so she got all excited and said she was sending it in

Believe it or not, I received two responses in the mail and one by phone yesterday!! My wedding is Friday!!

That would annoy me too but like Somethingblu said, they assume you know they will definitely be there.

Mine haven't either and it is magneted to their fridge. Both FH and I have said, 'we like getting those, please send it back'. Nothing still.

My FIL NEVER did, I called the day after the RSVP date and said Mr. Z you are coming, right. He just laughed and said he didnt think he need to RSVP, Well I sent you an invite so yeah you do
