ppl register for whatever they want. no1 is forcing your guests to buy it. ppl registered for DOJ at fortunoffs !!!! so trust me.. getting 2 sets of dishes is not wrong lol
i personally wouldnt register for both cuz I need everything and I wouldnt eat off of either of those everyday. but it is totally up to you.

Re: Is it wrong?
Absolutely not! We already have place settings of our casual china, but we are registered for the accessories (serving plates etc)...this is the only time you can ask people for what you want...do it!

I don't think you can register for anything that would be considered 'wrong' its your registry so you should register for the things you like. Its a wish list, go for it!

I don't think it wrong at all but I felt the same way as you at first. However we ended up registering for fine as well as casual/everyday.

Not at all! I did both!
Why do I EDIT every post!
I felt like it was something I would regret not getting and I can just imagine using it on holidays and special occasions. I say got for it!

Not wrong at all. The plates are a little similar in style, though. But, that is entirely up to you.
