i ask my fh to come to my hair and makeup trial with me. my friend who was supposed to come cancelled and everyone else has plans. should i go alone or ask him to come?
i would ask him...this way, he has some say in that area.
I don't have any family or friends in the area (all are upstate), so FH volunteered to come with me when I set mine up, so I'm not alone. I don't think it's a bad idea. All he'll see is the veil and head piece at most.
If you really MUST have someone there, then take him. I didn't take FH anywhere with me. i wanted everything to be a surprise, from the dress to the shoes to the hair and the makeup.
I would ask him!!!!! You might be surprised as to how much insight he has into it and how much fun he might actually have.
I say ' Ask him' I figure that FI will see my hair anyway since we live together. Go for it!!!
