I am back baby!! I did not do a review yet, but posted under Plus-Sized Brides...

Everything was great -- even Hurrican Ivan worked to our advantage!!!! I will tell you, everyone said they had NEVER been to such a beautiful wedding before -- the ceremony (Pastor April), the Reception (Raphael), our guitarist (Tomas ROdriguez) were truly spectacular. ANd the FOOD!! Oh the food -- everyone is still ravinga about it!! You will be SO HAPPY to have gone with Raphael, really!!!!

It sounds like it was everything you wanted it to be. I am so excited about tomas! One question: Was his solo guitar loud enough to permeate the cocktail hour??

Ivan caought us in Barbados, so we had to stay until Thursday instead of leaving on Tuesday.

Tomas's music was great for the cocktail hour -- unless you want people to be dancing. It was perfect for migling, chatting, great background and a special touch. But not dance music.... Everyone thought it was just perfect. He also played for our ceremony, accompanying my sister. It was so lovely!

perfect- i only wanted background music but ws not sure if 1 instrument was enough!

So the pink spiegel was a hit?! I can't wait to see pics!

So excited that Tomas was so great!! We officially booked him!!

Oh I am so glad Tomas is making a hit here!!! Hey if anyone needs a soloist, my sister has the most beautiful voice --- she studied opera and performs still. She's also on sabbattical this year so very available, and affordable!!

Thanks for the compliment Sandra -- somehow the pink Spiegel shrunk on me (or I grew?) and personally I thought it was too tight. BUT, I had so much fun, I didn't give a hoot!!
