Help, I just booked with Proline this weekend and last night I searched liweddings forums for info about them and found mostly negative comments.
I can't figure out whether mainly people who didn't like them are writing thoughts on them or whether they really suck.
I don't care about them being large as long as I get a good photographer. I also thought they were reasonably priced as compared to some other photo/video vendors I've met. But at this point I might cancel. Please, anyone who is using or has used Proline, can you offer more insight? I really don't want to look for another photo/video company. I really liked their work as well as our salesperson who's supposedly the owner. But at the same time I've read a lot of bad things about them on this site. So I'm totally freaking out.

I met w/ them & thought they were fine - I ended up w/ Patken only because I got a little better price.

I am using them as well and Danny is a very good friend of mine - he has shot all of our friends weddings and no one has anything bad to say about him - i have seen all of his proofs and he does a wonderful job - you have nothing to worry about :)

If you liked them that's what counts. I really didn't like them, but that's JMO. My decision was reinforced recently when a bride contracted for fi;m and only found our AFTER the wedding they had shot it all in digital. I would have gone straight from the honeymoon to the lawyer's office had it been me.

don't freak out. There is nothing to worry about with Proline. My sister used them and was elated. Her album was incredible and her video made me cry a hundred times. And her photographer was not obtrusive at all and he was the nicest guy. I think you have to realize about sites like this is that usually the small percentage that are unhappy will post a negative remark just to be vindictive and those thoudsands of other couples like my sister who loved everything will just sit contented and look at their album. You can rest assured that if there is a problem as their could be with any vendor because they are all run by human beings and therefore there can be error I am sure they will do everything they can to compensate you. I am most definitely using proline for my wedding - to me its a no-brainer. And I hope you have a lovely day with minimal hitches because remember we are all human and can make mistakes just remember to enjoy the day.

Don't worry. You're going to hear negative things about every vendor at some point. I think people become more vocal when they are dissatisfied, so that is probably why you read so many negative things. Relax. You booked them for a reason, go with your gut.

I booked them also because I felt very comfortable with them, they do wonderful work and seemed to have reasonable prices. I was getting a bit worried with some of the other posts i read where no one liked them at all. So i'm glad to hear some positive about them

My friend at work used them for his wedding last year. I saw the proofs and the finished album. They looked great.
