Is she crazy?

We're leaving for a destination wedding tomorrow. A good friend asked me what I was going to wear; I said I picked up a ruffly yellow sundress, a big sunhat and wedges since it's late afternoon on the beach.

She gives me a horrified look.

She says I can't wear yellow because people will think its inappropriate because its close to white. I'm like, what crack are YOU smoking because it's a BRIGHT YELLOW sundress that NO ONE could mistake for being remotely close to white/ivory/off white/eggshell/cream/shut the fk up you don't know what you're talking about.

She got really testy with me. People baffle me.

Thats ridiculous.

That's insane! Yellow is a GREAT color and it works soooo well for a destination wedding! Sometimes people are soooo delusional!

i decided she's just nervous. she'll be fine and not even notice the day of. just let it roll off your shoulders .

maybe she thought it was like a pale yellow or something? i dunno... either way, yellow does not = white!
